Ladies Kickboxing is offered once a week on Mondays from 6-7pm at the Four Directions Academy.
FIGHT CAMP: Four Directions Martial Arts offers a full body strength and conditioning program offered five days a week for any age and any fitness level. Guaranteed to bring you to a new level of fitness. Students are welcome on an ongoing basis.
WARRIOR CHALLENGE: Starts February 19th. A 8 week MMA-based fitness program guaranteed to shed pounds and gain lean muscle. 3 days a week! and includes meal planning.
YOUTH CAMPS: Registration is open for youth camps for ages 8 - 15 in the spring and summer of 2015.
